You want to learn about me? I’m the Midwest cook I want to share my experiences in the kitchen life I have lived so far, I want to learn from my community. Where am I from?

I was born and raised western South Dakotan, honestly proud to say that I am. This region is not the most understood but the rich culture makes up for the terrible politics.

I love where I come from and the people surrounded by me, I honestly couldn’t be where I am today without them.

What do I do?

I currently am working my butt off in technical school at Western Dakota Tech, my study field is Business and Technology which I will gain an associates degree in May 2021.

I’m currently a line cook at Delmonico Grill in Rapid City. From there I hope to only grow my understanding in the kitchen.

Working on a set of recipes is my ongoing goal! if you are interested in hiring me for a private dinner please get a hold of me through my contact page!

Why The Midwest Cook?

I started this blog to network and learn more from the public. The Midwest cook is hopeful to turn into a learning source for many young and experienced chefs, to share experience.

This website serves as a platform that enables me to open my doors to the world! I want to learn more and that is what is going to happen.

Where is this going?

I hope to produce results and share and review products that I find suitable for everyone. Everything shared is based off my opinion. I won’t be swayed to share false reports in hopes for financial gain now or in the future.
